Damaging natural resource such as surface water resources and vegetative cover and wasting them by human action that are very important key for country development has obviously unbalanced the living environment, resulting in desert spread that encompass frail ecosystems, Nowadays great efforts is going on to restore damaged lands and flood distribution project is one of them. These are different ways for enrichment of underground water reservoir and flood distribution is one of them. In this way different aims are taken into consideration such as increasing vegetative cover, under ground water enrichment and soil modification. Long time sedimentation and flooding cause decreased penetration and plants damping and l regeneration. Flood distribution has nearly 4000 years history. This project is aimed to solve and compromise some ambiguity. For this propose, plots were located in flood distribution area and intact land as control. 60 plots in flooding area and l5 plots in control land were located to measure canopy cover percent density and frequency of plat species. For forage_quality 3 index species in each of two main areas were sampled and transferred to lab. Whereas no flood is flowed in experimental lands, so the result of study can be used in natural monitoring of the station. Comparisons were done between means of plant coverage percentage, production and quality of plants and in different vegetative stages. Results showed that there is no differences between two main areas about plant converge percentage and production. In future, if flooding shall be happened then the project can be repeated again.
