Elasticities of frozen broiler production with respect to last year deflated export price, deflated chicken food price and import parent and grand parent stocks were 0.0503,-2.8931 and 0.1110, respectively. The elasticities of domestic demand for frozen broiler with respect to adjusted export price and Thai per capita real income were -0.5475 and 4.8132, respectively. Decreasing in taxation of Japan's import boneless frozen broiler by 10 % would increase the broiler production, domestic demand and demand for export to Japan by 5.60,5.60 and 18.36 % on the average, respectively. The deflated export price would be decreased by 10.09 % on the average and the net social welfare would be increased by 1,738.08 million baht in real term. The results of forecasting in 1987-1991 showed that the supply of Thai frozen broiler, domestic demand and demand for export to Japan were at the average of 686.7411 million tons,686.6800 million tons and 0.061055 million tons per year, respectively.
