New US dietary guidelines said to promote obesity.

The new Dietary Guidelines overrode the 1985 recommendation that had included separate tables for men and women, and substituted a unisex table that said adults could gain weight with age, at no risk to health. Some experts feel that these recommendations could lead to obesity.
