A comparative study with some varieties/lines of mustard were carried out under field and laboratory conditions for their susceptibility to aphids. The varieties/lines YS-67 and TORI-7 were found to be highly susceptible to aphids and BINA-M-46, BINA-M-59, M-248 and R-5 were resistant or tolerant. Brassica juncea were comparatively more resistant to aphids than B. campestris.
