The objectives of the study were: 1) to study the extension teaching methods which have been used by the tambol agents; 2) problems which the tambol agents faced from using the extension teaching methods and the primary methods of solving the problems; and 3) conclusion of the extension teaching methods which was made more effective from the tambol agents attitudes. The results of the study are as follows: most of the tambol agents were male (95.76%) with an average age of 25 years. 95.76% of them completed post-secondary technical (agriculture) education. The average advisory responsibility was 10 villages or about 1,050 farming families. The tambol agents used more than two extension teaching methods. All of them used farm and home visits. The tambol agents' attitudes were: many extension teaching methods would motivate the farmers' interest more than the use of only one extension teaching method, but they were not sure that they had used the extension teaching methods effectively, there was minimal use of audio visual, therefore, tambol agents must learn more extension teaching methods for effectiveness.
