Livestock buildings with a different degree of electrodanger are described. Such danger increasing factors as high air moisture content, reinforced concrete floor having high electric conductivity, metal equipment components, electric wires, etc. are pointed out. The adverse effect of electric current on animal productivity is emphasized. The voltage limit in livestock buildings has been determined and is suggested to farmers. Several dangerous situations during the use of electromotors and machines are discussed. The means for animal protection against electrodanger are recommended.
