In the experiment the soils were manured for 15th years with different doses of pig and cattle slurry. The values of LSD proved significant differentiation in the amount of determined organic and available phosphorus in the investigated soils. The soils manured with dose: "200 percent N in slurry" presented high accumulation of available P-Olsen's. This phosphorus content was from 4.3 to 4.6 mg P/100 g of soil. Organic phosphorus and phosphatase activity were higher in loamy soil for both slurries used. This activity was 2.5 times higher in comparison with sandy soil.
