The nectare of melliferous plants, first of all Stachis recta L. and Sinapis alba L. and Parker's diet, expended the life of the wasp Coeloides scolyticida for more than 15 days in relation to the wasps without additional diet. The wasps fed by Parker's diet had the longest life (females on the average 21.3 in the first, 19.3 and 19.4 days in the 2nd generation). The number of descendant of one wasp fed by Parker's diet was in the 1st generation on the average 17.3, and 16.2 an 16.3 in the 2nd generation. The wasp females fed with the nectare of S. recta lived on the average 13.5 days; S. alba 12.3 days and T. repens 7.6 days. The number of descendant of one wasp fed with nectare of S. recta was 14.3; S. alba 12.7 and T. repens 8.3. Additional diet of C. scolyticida with approximately same number of maternal galleries of S. scolytus (18-20) and different number of parazited wasps (9-32) had notable effect on parasiting of S. scolytus.
