Metabolizzazione esaustiva delle acque di vegetazione in vasca biologica tramite l' impiego di H2O2.

إنجليزي. Trials were carried out in order to pretreat waste waters from olive oil mills (WWOM). The aim was to obtain waters suitable for a final exhaustive metabolization in a biological vat (untreated WWOMs are biotoxic and therefore not suitable for a biological vat). The trials carried out were: solely with Ca(OH) sub(2), solely with H2O2, first a Ca(OH) sub(2) based treatment followed by a treatment with H2O2. At the end of such reactions we monitored the COD, the BOD sub(5) and the polyphenol content of the WWOMs. The ideal and limit conditions for a biological vat treatment of the WWOMs are found. The metabolization of the WWOMs in the biological vat is followed in function of the COD, the BOD sub(5) and the bacterial population count.

I trattamenti erano a base di solo Ca(OH) inf(2), sola H2O2, Ca(OH) inf(2) seguito da un trattamento con H2O2. Alla fine dei trattamenti elencati si esaminavano il COD, il BOD inf(5) ed il contenuto di polifenoli. Si ricavano le condizioni ideali ed i limiti per poter smaltire in una vasca biologica le AV pre-trattate. La metabolizzazione delle AV nella vasca biologica viene seguita in funzione del COD, del BOD inf(5) e delle conte batteriche.
