It was established that inheritance of internodia in the F1 and F2 generation was mostly partially dominant. The general combining ability variance was significant and the relation, general combining ability/special combining ability was 4.17. Heritability in F2 was 96%. The length of internodia was conditioned by genes with additive action. For the leaf area feature it was established that it was conditioned by the action of additive and non-additive genes, that is, by dominant genes. For the feature of green tobacco yield per stalk there was a significant difference for GCA and SCA. Additive variance was determined.
