It has been found that the optimum potato yield (27,1 t/ha), of high quality can be obtained through application of N90P60K120 against the background of peat-manure compost (50 t/ha) and moling (soil humidity 65-70% of total water capacity). Starch content in tubers was 18,4% and vitamin C content - 6% of fresh matter, protein content was 0,89% of dry matter and nitrates concentration reached 166 mg/kg.
