On dry land areas, water resources is very limited. Therefore, the use of the water for plant needs to be optimized because appropriate use of water can increase the crop production. In these areas, the source of water is generally coming from rain reservation. The problem proposed in this research is how to optimize water resources surrounding the dry land areas. A simultaneous dynamic model was developed by manipulating the changes that simultaneously influence each other. The use of water by the plant is always changing because of the plant pattern and the size of the area. Water requirement of an area can be expressed by a differential equation that creates a simultaneous dynamic model.
