The National Symposium of agricultural biodiversity was successful in bringing different research groups from various disciplines and institutions together for the dissemination of major project findings and good practices. It was also able to target policy makers on issues related to on-farm management of agricultural biodiversity and participatory plant breeding. The workshop also provided an opportunity to share lessons learnt from other partners.
