Infection with Coxiella burnetii in cows usually flows inapparent, the only clinical symptom may be the occurrence of abortion and reproduction disorders. In the experimental group of cows with serologically proven Q fever were taken samples of blood and milk for the control of immunoglobulin G. All samples were divided in stages of lactation. The highest value of immunoglobulin was in colostral phase and it was 153,1g/L. The blood serum was measured in the cause of the greatest value taken during the third stage of lactation and amounted to 95.4 g/L. The results are evident that there are marked variations in the level of serum immunoglobulins in milk serum while in blood serum immunoglobulin concentration is stable.
