The aim of this study was to decrease and controlling the sub-clinical and eradicates the clinical mastitis f 231 dairy cows using fields and laboratory methods, after diagnosing and introduction of anti-mastitis measures. During 3 months of application of preventive inhibitory methods the incidence of sub-clinical positive dairy cows was reduced from 39.82 to 5.51% and occurrence of dairy cows with clinically apparent form of mastitis decreased from 23.07% to 1.83%. BCCS was reduced from 570,000 cells / ml to 142,000 cells / ml while the SCC (greater than 200,000 cells / ml) at individual level were reduced from 60.17 to 5.51%. The main etiological agents of intra-mammary infections were coagulose – negative staphylococci which are included in the group of frequent cause of bovine intramammary infections (mastitis) and are generally considered to be opportunistic pathogens. In conclusion, use of standard mastitis control plan supplemented with assessment of somatic cell count can reduce the incidence of mastitis as well as all it negative impacts on the quality and quantity of milk.
