In the paper are presented physicochemical properties of spray liquids (SL) of fungicides (azoxystrobin, mancozeb), insecticides (thiamethoxam, cypermethrin) and their mixtures with nonpesticide substances (complex fertilizer, adjuvant), as well as their biological effect on pathogenic fungi, insects and plants, depending on water quality. The quality of 37 waters used in plant protection from the territory of Vojvodina Province (Serbia) and physicochemical properties of pesticide SL (pH, suspensibility, emulsion stability, surface tension and electroconductivity), were determined using standard methods. Biological effects were assessed on test organisms (Alternaria solani, Leptinotarsa decemlineata, Capsicum annuum). Stability of thiamethoxam and cypermethrin depending on water quality was analyzed by HPLC.
