Serbia is a major producer of tomato seed, both for the domestic market and for export. The paper presents the results of experiments with seven tomato genotypes, including five varieties and two indeterminant lines. In addition to fruit and seed yield of the first floor, were analyzed by the number of flowers and fruits per plant, percentage of fertilization, the average weight of fruit per plant and fruit weight required for 1 gram of seed (first floor). The percentage of fertilization ranged from 85.8 for the variety Prince to 94.7 for the variety Bačka. The highest average fruit weight had a line V9 (211.8 g), a variety Alparac lowest (104.8 g). There was a negative correlation between the number of fruit and average fruit weight. Yield is significantly influenced fruit number, average fruit weight and percentage of fertilization.
