The paper gives a brief description of the historical development of the motor industry, as well as the application of ISO/TS 16949 in order to increase the quality, as well as recommendations for the improvement of quality management systems. The content of the paper presents a novelty for the analysis of systems and quality problems, as well as the causes and ways of improving the quality of the system. There are also shown the effects of the proposed measures to improve the quality of the state.
