This paper describes disinfectants and parasitic diseases in Ordination on measures to protect animals from infectious and parasitic diseases and their financing in 2011 year (N.N. 1 2011). In intensive livestock production, disinfection is conducted as a biosecurity measure, to ensure animal health, provide conditions for high productivity of animals and getting proper food hygiene, human health and environmental protection. The success of disinfection depend on many factors, of which the most important are: environmental conditions, acceptability of antimicrobial agents, the type of object that is processed, the type of surfaces, method of disinfectants application and staff trained to work. For disinfection in veterinary medicine are used, so called, classical disinfectants, chemicals such as sodium hydroxide and commercial disinfectants, that are mixtures of various chemical germicide compounds. The market has a large number of commercial products from different manufacturers and names, with almost the same or similar chemical composition. When selecting a disinfectant with a primary purpose, effective disinfection, should be taken into account the environmental acceptability of disinfectants.
