This article describes fertilizer granulometric structure affect on the quality of spreader application. During the test there were used two types of spreaders - disc type and pneumatic type. Experiment was done with two granular fertilizers LAD (ammonium saltpeter with calcium) with different granulometric structure. During tests the negative effect of granular structure 0-2 mm to transversal distribution of disk type spreader was confirmed. This relation was not confirmed during tests with the pneumatic spreader.
