Maize weevil is one of major insects in stored grain products in Vietnam and chemical method has been mainly used to control it. Neem (Axadirachta indica A.Juss) is local and imported trees and have been planted mainly in southern central part provinces in Vietnam with grown area of 6,000 ha now. Content of natural Neem oil in Ninh Thuan neem seed is 35.8 L/100 kg of seed kernel and content of azadirachtin in natural Neem oil is 2058 ppm. Two botanical insecticides have been formulated from natural Neem oil (enhanced by the addition of stabilizers, antioxidants, synergists) against this weevil. They are products of SOY, SOD and their emulsifiable concentrate formulation are SOY-EC and SOD-EC. Products of SOY-EC or SOD-EC can be used for grain store sanitation with very high efficacy against maize weevil (efficiency of 100% at 2 days after spray). Products of SOY, SOD can be uesed to treat bags constraining maize grain (after fumigation of heat treatment) and get efficiency higher 80% after storing 6 months. These products are safe to environment with LD50 (rat, oral) 10,000 mg/kg and residue of azadirachtin is not to be detected in maize grain at 15 days after mixing them with SOD or SOY. So, above products formulated from natural Neem oil can be used for protection of stored-grain products safety and
