This was a grant of funds during the period 5/1/96-3/31/97, for a total of $49,085, for the purpose of holding a planning meeting in Honolulu in order to discuss the role of the US and ONR in the Cooperative Research in East Asian Marginal Seas (CREAMS) program in the Japan/East Sea (JES).
