This climatic study of marine environment consists of monthly charts and tables of (1) clouds, (2) precipitation, (3) visibility tables, (4) ceiling- visibility (mid-range low range), (5) wind-visibility-cloudiness, (6) scalar mean wind speed, (7) wind speed less than 11 and greater or equal to 34 knots, (8) wind speed 11-21 and 22-33 knots, (9) surface wind roses, (10) air and sea temperature, (11) wave height-isopleths, (12) wave height-tables, (13 surface currents.
