Jellyfish exist in all oceans across the world.They exist from the surface of the water to the verydepths of the ocean. Jellyfish are free-swimmingplanktonic carnivores. There are about 1000-1500known species of jellyfish and new ones are beingdiscovered everyday. This is surprising as jellyfishare amongst the oldest living creatures in the worldand have been in existence before the dinosaurs.
