The questions of protecting the environmental are global and there is relationship between them and activities in every one agrarian enterprise. There are different lows and regulations which undertake to do some actions to protect the environmental. But to do this, it is necessary to make costs. It is well known that if someone does costs they reduce its profit. It is not good for business and it is not well accept by business owners. The person who has agrarian business has opportunity for compensation of made costs for protecting the environmental. It impossible if they receive a grant by measure 214 Adro-environmental payments – a part of State Fund Agriculture. But to receive a grant by measure Adro-environmental payments is not so easy, because the grants are strictly targeted and that is why it is not possible every one agrarian enterprise to receive a grant. We analyze the possibilities to receive a grant by measure Adro-environmental payments and we propose some changes to expend measures coverage to cover more costs made from agrarian enterprise of protecting the environmental, because some of them are forced. They are ordered by lows and regulations.
