In course of the research there was studied the influence of genotypes of kappa-casein gene on amino acid composition of milk protein at black-motley breed of cattle. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus in Vitebsk State Academy of Veterinary Medicine, in Scientific, Practical Center of Animal Breeding of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and agricultural production co-operative 'Olgovskoe' of Vitebsk region in 2006-2010. As a result of realized research there were defined the genetic structure of cows of the Belarus black-motley breed and identified alleles CSN3A and CSN3B. The frequency of occurrence of alleles CSN3A and CSN3B has made 0.830 and 0.170, the frequency of occurrence of genotypes CSN3AA, CSN3AB and CSN3BB – 69.5%, 26.3% and 4.2% accordingly. The tendency of influence of genotypes of kappa-casein on amino acid composition of milk protein expressed in the superiority of animals of genotype CSN3BB in comparison with genotypes CSN3AA and CSN3AB on total amino acid composition of milk protein on 1.68 – 2.14%, among them on lysine content - on 0.7% and 0.74%, arginine - on 0.8 and 1%; threonine - on 0.24 and 0.4% accordingly.
