Современные подходы к нормированию аминокислотного питания цыплят-бройлеров

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was determined the efficiency of balanced mixed fodder nutrition of broiler chickens in accordance with available amino acids in the conditions of use of rape (Brassica napus) cake. In the process of realized of the study there were considered the following parameters: - actual content of amino acids in chicken diets was calculated according to the level of regression, and availability - according to the factor of absorbency; live weight of young growth was calculated by individual weighing in 28- and 42-day age; forage expenses per weight gain unit; development of internal bodies was analysed by means anatomic butchering; hematological and biochemical parameters of blood. Optimization protein and amino acids nutrition balancing of mixed fodders in accordance with accessible amino acids proved to be economically effective and made it possible to improve live weight gain of young growth by the time of slaughter on 5,8%, to reduce forages expenses per weight gain unit on 1%, and to increase slaughter yield on 0,8 items.
