Winter triticale, appearing both food and feeding cultivar, represents valuable cereal crop in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus and occupies great acreage. Crop yield of triticale considerably depends on crop rotation systems, optimal seeding norms, application of growth regulators and fertilizing systems. In particular, fertilizing system appears the most important factor of protein biological value increase and grain quality rise. The most effective dozes and proportions of mineral fertilizers under winter triticale according crop yield criteria, economic efficiency of fertilizers' application and grain quality are calculated. It is found that 3-term nitrogen introduction in doses of 150 kg/ha (N90 at the beginning of vegetation + N30 at 31 Zaddoks stage + N30 at 47 Zaddoks stage) at the background of P40K80 and aftereffect of 40 t ha FYM for winter triticale cultivation after clover on luvisol loamy sand soil resulted in grain yield 72,6 centner per ha, output 98,7 centner per ha f.u. At applied fertilizer system the content and output of raw protein is equal 12,2% and 768 kg/yf respectively, mass of 1000 seeds – 45,69 g, critical amino acis sum 7.27 g/kg (grain) and 70,50 mg/g (protein); biological value of protein – 101,4% (irreplaceable amino acid, FAO/WHO).
