In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was analysed possibility of modernization of a system of cattle fertility rate at large commercial dairy farms and complexes with different systems of animal housing. Also there was analysed the efficiency of application of incomplete and complete sanitation and hormonal veterinary drugs for stimulation of generative organ functions. Results of researches on studying the methods of preventive maintenance low fertilization cows are resulted under modern conditions of their maintenance. The cows were subjected to influence of some negative factors in conditions of modern technologies of the maintenance and production. The increase in milk productivity considerably slows the course of reproductive function, reduces efficiency of artificial insemination. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a differentiated approach to solution of problems of highly productive cows, efficiently apply hormone replacement therapy in the view of precise diagnosis. It is established that carrying out of incomplete and full sanitation of genitals made it possible to raise cow fertility rate on 27%, and in future to improve the survival rate of newborn calves. The developed complex hormonal preparation 'Ovoton' provides control over an ovulation and uterus motility, providing high fertilization of problem cows.
