صينى. 探讨杏鲍菇栽培基质不同含水率对其生长发育的影响规律,为杏鲍菇的生产管理提供参考。以杏鲍菇PE-1菌株为供试材料,在栽培基质含水率为59.0%,60.5%,62.0%,63.5%,65.0%,66.5%和68.0%时,以该菌株生长周期、子实体形态及基质利用率为指标,研究不同含水率基质对杏鲍菇生长发育的影响。当栽培基质含水率为65.0%左右时,各指标均达最大值,其中,子实体鲜质量为286 g/袋,生产周期为48.5 d,子实体密度为0.528 g/mm3,子实体长度为191 mm,栽培基质利用率为35.68%。杏鲍菇栽培基质的最佳含水率为65.0%,此时杏鲍菇的生物学效率最高、密度最大、生产周期最短、经济效益最佳。

Pleurotus eryngii strain PE-1 is used as test material for the research, with production cycle, fruit body form and cultivation matrix utilization rate in 59.0%, 60.5%, 62.0%, 63.5%, 65.0%, 66.5% and 68.0% on water content of cultivation matrix as the index to research effect of water content of compost on growth of Pleurotus eryngii. When water content of cultivation matrix is 65.0%, all indexes reach maximum, the fruit body fresh weight reaches 286 g/bag, the production cycle is 48.5 days, the fruit body density reaches 0.528 g/mm3, fruit body length 191 mm and cultivation matrix utilization rate 35.68%. The optimal water content of cultivation matrix on Pleurotus eryngii is 65.0%, at the rate, it has the highest of biological efficiency, the largest of fruit body density, the shortest of production cycle and the best of economic benefit.
