Karyotype analysis of 21 chrysanthemum cultivars for medicine | 21个药用菊花栽培类型的核型分析

صينى. 通过常规压片对我国药用菊花21个栽培类型制备染色体标本,并进行核型分析。结果表明:21个栽培类型为混倍体,多为六倍体,也有个别为四倍体(‘黄药菊’)和五倍体(‘大黄菊’)。最长/最短染色体的范围为1.77~3.86,核型不对称系数为58.60%~62.96%,‘滁菊’、‘大亳菊’、‘小亳菊’、‘异种大白菊’和‘小白菊’的核型为2A型,其他16个类型为2B型。21个药用菊花染色体呈现多态性,而且各个类型之间染色体长度、着丝点位置、随体的有无均不同。

Karyotype was studied via squash method in 21 chrysanthemum cultivars for medicine.The result showed that most cultivars were hexaploid except tetraploid('Huangyaoju')and pentaploid('Dahuangju').The ratio of the length of the longest chromosome to the shortest one ranged from 1.77 to 3.86.The asymmetry index was between 58.60% and 62.96%.The karyotype of'Chuju','Daboju','Xiaoboju','Yizhongdabaiju'and'Xiaobaiju'was charactered as 2A type,whereas,the others were as 2B type.Indivuals were different from each other in chromosome length,position of centromere and satellite.
