Study of flower, berry and cluster desiccation and shattering in Urmia vineyards

To evaluate the reasons of low productivity, bunch coulor, shattering and desiccation of flower, berry and bunches that some years have been occurred in Uremia vineyards and to final any solution ways, this research was conducted. In first and second years to study the nutrition balance in healthy and affected vineyards the leaf was sampled at various phonological stages, especially at flowering and verasion. Physical and chemical characters of soil and water irrigation with some testes such as bud germination, pollen germination, vegetative growth and infection rate were studied. During growth season vineyards were checked for pest and diseases infection and weather data were recorded too. Results showed that: Disorders rate in traditional training system were more than the cordon training system. Also the location and weather affected the rate. Based on symptom of disorders the bunch stem necroses are the main disorders that have been occurred in Urmia region. That ratio of potassium to calcium and magnesium were reduced from flowering to verasion in infected vineyards.
