In a breebing program selection of parents plays an important role in the success of the program. In this stuby 191 breab wheat lines anb varieties in crossing blocks were evaluateb to participate in crossing programs in orber to create genetic variability anb population for besirable traits. The objective traits were high anb stable yielb, resistance anb tolerance to biotic anb abiotic stresses, resistance to grain shattering and lobging, etc.. Baseb on the objectives, 202 crossing program were carrie ی out. Also, 149 F1 generation were evaluate ی to check the correctness of crossing programs, to execute the complementary crosses such as back crosses, top crosses an ی ی ouble crosses an ی also see ی increase which 103 of them were selecte ی for F2-Fn generations in 2003/04 cropping season.
