There are described effective agrotechnology system realization directions, research results, facilities and experience in cereal and rape breeding. In order to provide an insight into the precision crop farming technology use and research results, a study was carried out at the Training and Research Farm “Vecauce” of the Latvia University of Agriculture. Particular attention was paid to the tractor and agricultural machinery engineering driving cost optimization, route control, and possible module usage, acquisition of cereal and rape yield cards and also to the professional interpretation of results. There are demonstrated technology differences in cartogram composition facilities to employ the computer software applications and database analysis.
