لاتفيا. Darba mērķis ir izvērtēt dažādu dārza tipu ietekmi uz koku veģetatīvo un ģeneratīvo produktivitāti mainīgos agrometeoroloģiskajos apstākļos, kā arī novērtēt potcelma Pūre 1 ietekmi uz koku veģetatīvo un ģeneratīvo produktivitāti. Lauka izmēģinājumi veikti laika posmā no 1996. gada līdz 2006. gadam Pūres Dārzkopības izmēģinājumu stacijā. Pētījums veikts pēc starptautiskās izmēģinājumu programmas metodikas, kas izstrādāta profesora Dr. agr. A.S. Devjatova (Baltkrievija) un profesora Dr. sc. A. Sadovska (Polija) vadībā. Programmā piedalās Latvijas, Lietuvas, Baltkrievijas un Polijas pētnieciskās iestādes. Izmēģinājumā iekļauti 3 faktori: 2 šķirnes (`Spartan` un `Belorusskoje Maļinovoje`); 6 dārza tipi (vienrindas stādījums, 1250 koki haE-1, telpiskais vainags; vienrindas stādījums, 1667 koki haE-1, slaidās vārpstas vainags; vienrindas stādījums, 2500 koki haE-1, franču ass vainags; divrindu šahveida stādījums, 1667 koki haE-1, plakanās vārpstas vainags; divrindu šahveida stādījums, 2500 koki haE-1, slaidās vārpstas vainags; trīsrindu stādījums, 3075 koki haE-1, Ziemeļholandes vārpstas vainags); 2 potcelmi (B.9 un Pūre 1). Noteikta dārza tipu un potcelmu ietekmi uz koku veģetatīvās produktivitātes parametriem (stumbra šķērsgriezuma laukumu, koka augstumu, vainaga tilpumu, vainaga projekcijas laukumu, koka lapu virsmas kopējo laukumu) un ģeneratīvās produktivitātes parametriem (ziedkopu skaitu kokā, ziedēšanas intensitāti, augļu skaitu kokā, ražu no koka, ražu no dārza platības). Darbā ir iegūts ilggadīgu datu apkopojums par maza auguma ābelēm, ietverot stādīšanas attālumus un vainagu veidus, kā arī pirmo reizi dārza apstākļos novērtēts jaunais potcelms Pūre 1. Aprēķināti teorētiskie koku vainaga lielumi, lai nodrošinātu ražību 20 līdz 25 t haE-1. Pētījuma rezultāti apstiprināja, ka dārza tips ietekmē koku veģetatīvo un ģeneratīvo produktivitāti. Dažādus parametrus ietekmē noteikti dārza tipa elementi, piemēram, koku vainaga parametrus galvenokārt noteica stādīšanas shēma un vainaga veidošana, gaismas izmantojumu galvenokārt ietekmēja stādījuma blīvums. Dārza tips būtiski ietekmēja potenciālo ražību no dārza platības jaunā dārzā, taču pilnražas periodā šīs atšķirības samazinājās. Līdzvērtīgos augšanas apstākļos, komerciālos stādījumos ieteicams vienrindu stādījums ar stādīšanas blīvumu 1667 koki haE-1 un slaidās vārpstas vainagu. Potcelma Pūre 1 ietekme uz koku veģetatīvo produktivitāti bija līdzvērtīga kā potcelmam B.9 ar tendenci, ka Pūre 1 vairāk ierobežo veģetatīvo produktivitāti. Koku izdzīvošana šķirnei `Spartan` uz potcelma Pūre 1 bija labāka kā uz potcelma B.9. Potcelma Pūre 1 ietekme uz koku ģeneratīvo produktivitāti bija līdzīga kā potcelmam B.9. Potcelms Pūre 1 ir rekomendējams izmantošanai komercdārzos, izmantojot kombinācijas ar lielaugļainām šķirnēm.

The aim of the research was to evaluate the influence of the orchard type on the vegetative and generative productivity of trees in changing agro-meteorological conditions and to evaluate the influence of the rootstock Pure 1 on the vegetative and generative productivity of trees. The field trials were carried out in the Pure Horticultural Research Station during the period of 1996 – 2006. Trial was carried out according to the methodology elaborated under the supervising of prof. Dr. A.S. Devjatov (Byelorussia) and prof. Dr. A. Sadowski (Poland) in the frame of the international project where horticultural research institutions from Latvia, Lithuania, Byelorussia and Poland take part. Three factors were included in the trials: 2 cultivars (`Spartan` and `Byelorusskoye Malinovoye`); 6 orchard types (one-row planting at 4×2 m spacing, where 1250 trees haE-1, spatial crown; one-row planting at 4×1.5 m spacing, where 1667 trees haE-1, slender spindle crown; one-row planting at 4×1 m spacing, where 2500 trees haE-1, French axis crown; two-rows chequered planting at (4+1)×2.4 m spacing, where 1667 trees haE-1, flattened spindle crown; two-rows chequered planting at (4+1)×1.6 m spacing, where 2500 trees haE-1, slender spindle crown; three-row planting at (4+1.25+1.25)×1.5 m spacing, where 3075 trees haE-1, North-Holland spindle crown); 2 rootstocks (B.9 and Pure 1). The influence of orchard type and rootstock on the parameters of vegetative productivity (trunk cross section area, tree height, crown volume, crown projection area and total area of tree leaves) and generative productivity (the number of inflorescences per tree, blossom intensity, yield from orchard area, yield from tree, the number of fruits per tree) of trees. The summary of long-term data about the dwarf apple trees in different growing systems is obtained. As well the new rootstock Pure 1 is evaluated in the orchard for the first time. The theoretical crown volumes are calculated for obtaining the yield of 20 to 25 t haE-1. The results confirmed the hypothesis that the orchard type has influence on the vegetative and generative productivity of apple trees. Different parameters are influenced by the elements of the orchard type, e.g. the crown parameters were influenced mainly by the planting scheme and crown pruning type; the illumination of crown was influenced mainly by the tree density. Orchard type significantly influenced the potential yield from the orchard area in new orchard, but these differences become smaller at the period of orchard full yielding. In similar conditions it is advised in commercial plantings to use one-row planting with tree density 1667 trees haE-1 and slender spindle crown. The influence of rootstock Pure 1 on the vegetative productivity of trees was evaluated as equal to B.9 with sharper expressed tendency for Pure 1 to limit vegetative productivity. Tree survival rate on the rootstock Pure 1 was observed better than on the B.9. The influence of Pure 1 on the generative productivity of trees was similar to B.9. Rootstock Pure 1 is recommended for using in commercial apple orchards in combination with cultivars having large fruits.
