Application of fungal culture (Trichoderma harzianum) and neem (Azadirachta indica ) against root-knot nematodes and its outcome on the growth was investigated. Inoculation with four different concentrations of treatment was used for satisfactory findings. Then upshot of concentrations were observed on shoot length, root length, shoot weight, root weight, shoot dry weight, root dry weight and effect on gall formation. Trichoderma harzianum induced significant resistance against pathogen, root knot nematode (RKN) and growth rate was comparatively high for turnip (Brassica rapa). Findings illustrated that Brassica rapa grown under the treatment of Trichoderma harzianum as compared to Azadirachta indica, produce best result in case of resistance level and in development also. While, Azadirachta indica also induced resistance against (RKN), but did not express best outcome for the growth purpose.
