Diversification of production of dairy and meat cattle breeding goods | Диверсификация производства продукции отраслей молочного и мясного скотоводства

إنجليزي. The concept of diversification of agricultural goods production is revealed in the article. Diversification of production includes expansion of assortment, reorientation of commodity markets, development of new kinds of production in the purpose of efficiency of agricultural production increase, reception of an economic gain and bankruptcy prevention. The following kinds of a diversification are revealed: connected and untied, narrow and wide, internal and external, related and unrelated, industrial and commercial, inertial and innovative. Amount and structure of a livestock of agricultural animals, production and sell of dairy and meat cattle breeding goods are analyzed. The following directions of production diversification of branches of dairy and meat cattle breeding in the Saratov region are proposed: increasing the number of the most productive breeds of dairy and meat direction, expansion of assortment due to production of innovative kinds of goods (for example, marble beef), development of processing suits sitguated close to production sites, increase of gathering and development of primary processing of a collateral source of raw materials for development of various kinds of production. Any solution as for diversification should be economically substantiated and guided by the objective evaluation of the existing and opportunities.

Раскрывается понятие диверсификации производства с.-х. продукции, под которой следует понимать расширение ее ассортимента, переориентацию рынков сбыта, освоение новых видов производств с целью повышения эффективности с.-х. производства, получения экономической выгоды и предотвращения банкротства. Раскрываются следующие виды диверсификации: связанная и несвязанная, узкая и широкая, внутренняя и внешняя, родственная и неродственная, производственная и коммерческая, инерционная и инновационная. Анализируются численность и структура поголовья с.-х. животных, производство и реализация продукции отраслей молочного и мясного скотоводства. Предложены следующие направления диверсификации производства продукции отраслей молочного и мясного скотоводства в Саратовской обл.: увеличение числа наиболее продуктивных пород молочного и мясного направления, расширение ассортимента за счет производства инновационных видов продукции (например, "мраморной" говядины), развитие перерабатывающих производств в неспосредственной близости к местам производства, увеличение сбора и развитие первичной переработки побочных сырьевых ресурсов для выработки различных видов продукции. Любое решение по диверсификации должно быть экономически обоснованным и опираться на объективную оценку существующих ресурсов и возможностей.
