Effect of foliar application of 5-aminolevulic acid and growth stimulator on the yield of seeds and content of lipids in sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) | Vplyv foliárnej aplikácie 5-aminotevulovej kyseliny a rastového stimulátora na úrodu nažiek a obsah tukov v slnečnici ročnej (Helianthus annuus L.)

In field polyfactor trial carried out in 2009-2010, in warm maize growing area (climatic area: warm; climatic sub-area: dry; climatic district: warm, dry, with mild winter and long sunlight period, brown soil kultizem), tested effect of growth stimulator Atonik and leaf fertilizer Pentakeep V on production parameters of sunflower with hybrids NK Brio, Alexandra PR, NK Simfoni, NK Ferti and NK Alego was evaluated. In average of experimental years 2009 and 2010 the highest yield of seeds was achieved, statistically highiy significant by hybrid NK Brio in comparison to hybrids NK Simfoni and NK Ferti and significantly higher yield of seeds in comparison to hybrid a NK Alego. Statistically significant differences in yield of seeds were evaluated also in comparison to hybrid NK Alego. By evaluating the content of lipids, in average of two experimental years, statistically highest content of lipids was assessed in hybrid NK Brio in comparison to hybrids NK Simfoni, NK Ferti and NK Alego. By comparing of achieved average yield of sunflower seeds between hybrids NK Brio and Alexandra PR there was not statistically significant increase of yield. Hybrid Alexandra was positively affected by PR foliar application of Pentakeep V in dose 0.1 l per ha, with the highest average of sunflower seeds yield (3.38 t per ha) from all hybrids tested in our experiment. By analytical determination of lipids content the highest value (47.36%) was evaluated by hybrid NK Brio in variant with foliar application of Pentakeep V in dose 0.1 l per ha, that is an increase by rel. 12.95% in comparison to non-treated variant. Hybrid NK Brio positively reacted on growth stimulator Atonik, by which the content of lipids increased by 0.98% in variant treated by Atonik in dose 0.6 l per ha, what relatively means an increase by 2.34%.
