The influence of different mineral nutrition (N, P, K, Mg, S) with variant forms of mineral fertilizers application (LAD 27, Magnisul 21-5-11, Duslofert Extra 14-10-20-7S, DASA 26/13) and different doses of nitrogen (50 kg N per ha and 100 kg N per ha) on yield, sugar and acids content in must was investigated. Trial was conducted between 2006-2008 as small-plot field experiment with three varieties of grapevine (Furmint, Lipovina, Muscatel yellow) grown in Tokaj wine region, locality Malá Tŕňa. In integrated growing system fertilizers were applied at once in the spring (50 kg N per ha plus relevant amount of nutrition). In conventional growing system fertilizers were applied twice (50 kg K per ha in the spring, second dose 50 kg N per ha in blooming time; both with additional amount of relevant nutrition). The average three-year results proved that application of 50 kg N per ha plus relevant amount of nutrition and application of 100 kg N per ha plus relevant amount of nutrition had a positive influence on yield in all three grapes varieties. The average three-year yields (2006-2008) increased, in comparison of unfertilized control treatment, from 8.8% to 31.7% in variety Lipovina, from 12.7% to 42.8% in variety Muscatel yellow and from 8.4 to 29.8% in Furmint variety. Because of dilution effect and climatic conditions, the sugar content in must decreased in all varieties (not statistically significant). The acids content in must decreased in average of three-years (not statistically significant) as well. The most economically effective was treatment with application of dose 50 kg N per ha + 15.7 kg P per ha + 59.3 kg K per ha + 25 kg S per ha in form Duslofert Extra 14-10-20-7S with average increased yield 2.512 t per ha and profit 1258.9 EUR per ha in variety Muscatel yellow, 1004.4 EUR per ha (increase yield 2.052 t per ha) in Furmint and 917.9 EUR per ha (increase yield 1.896 t per ha) in Lipovina variety. In conventional growing system was the most economically effective treatment with application of 100 kg N per ha + 31.4 kg P per ha + 118.5 kg K per ha + 50 kg S per ha in form Duslofert Extra 14-10-20-7S with average of profit 1502.4 EUR per ha in variety Muscatel yellow, 1428.1 EUR per ha in Furmint and 1091.2 EUR per ha in variety Lipovina.
