At present, there is increasing demands on spatial, detailed, and locally specific data of the Earths surface, the soil data (soil properties and parameters) including. The aim of this paper was to test the possibility of application of experimental data and remote sensing data to predict the detailed spatial variability of selected soil parameters (total and physical clay, POC-Cox and soil moisture). The experimental area - the farm Agrodivizia Selice, Ltd. is located at Podunajská nížina lowland. Based on experimental data (total content and physical clay, POC-Cox, the current soil moisture) and remote sensing data (pixel values raster satellite images) statistically reliable regression models have been specified. Consecutively, the maps of the spatial variability of analyzed soil parameters were created on the base of application of regression models by reclassifying raster satellite images. The models validation on a group of independent experimental data showed the high statistical validity and reliability. As well, the validation results confirmed the usefulness of remote sensing data application in prediction of the detailed spatial variability of soil parameters.
