Soil erosion is one of the most important environmental threats with primary influence on decreasing of quality of agricultural soils at present time as well as the decreasing of area potential which is affected by erosion (on- and off-site effects). The deficiency of information on soil erosion intensity and insufficient application of appropriate soil conservation measures has the main influence on decreasing of profit from the soil and the country, as well. On-line application of predictive erosion model for the soil loss calculation is possible to find on the web page of Soil portal (www.podnemapy.sk). Obtained information is significant for the application of unlimited access on water erosion intensity including its area distribution according to the concrete fields. Obtained data are suitable as a starting point for the developing and realisation of suitable soil management using measures and technologies to combat soil erosion. The main object of this optimization of land management is decline of soil loss (values have to be lower in comparison to given limits in Act 220/2004 Z.z.) in concrete soil-climatic and geomorphological conditions of monitored sites. The structure of interactive application is built up on the scheme of Universal Soil Loss Equation (USLE) in GIS. Revised and actualised digital layers of individual erosive factors were applied for the purpose of creation of this on-line application. Selection of appropriate soil conservation measures is result of the recognition of soil erosion intensity and its area distribution under concrete conditions of individual sites. Erosion model application was prepared in more details by possibility to including suitable soil management using recommended measures to combat soil erosion.
