On the basis of long-term monitoring of potentially risk elements and persistent organic pollutants (POPs) in agricultural land of Czech Republic; the results were obtained from more than 50 % area of Czech Republic, with the priority regions where significant air pollution (the northern and western Bohemia, northern Moravia) were included. One of the outputs of agricultural land monitoring are soil maps, in the scale 1:200,000, processed in GIS application (ArcGIS program). The application uses the principle of linking points with the same concentration levels within the reference area (usually the size of 3 districts) by interpolation are modelled concentrations also in sites where the measurement is not available. The results are differently coloured area delimited by isopleths. By different colours there is highlighted exceeded two limit concentration levels of risk elements, i.e. the level of background values and values that are risky at transfer to vegetable production (only for risk elements). Map outputs are processed for 5 risk elements (As, Be, Cd, Pb, Zn), two compounds from the group of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH), fluoranthene and benzo (a) pyrene, and for the sum of PAHs.
