Experiments on stimulate of Clawn fish (Botia sidthimunki) by induced ovulations with hCG (Human chrorionic gonadotropin) hormone in conjunction with twice intramuscular injection of Buserelin acetate (BUS) and Domperidone (Dom) were conducted. Stripping viable eggs and sperm were fertilized and egg development were observed until hatch out. The results showed that suitable levels of HCG hormone concentration was 500 IU/kg in conjunction with BUS 10 micro g/kg and Dom 10 mg/kg could be induced viable eggs ovulation 80 percent of all mature female, was significant (p LT 0.05). Fertilization rate and hatching rate were 84-86 percent and 87-89 percent respectively. Embryonic development at 4 cell, 16 cell, 64 cell, blastula, gastrula, developing embryo and hatching stage were occurred after fertilization about 26 min, 1.15 hr., 1.40 hr., 4.01 hr., 5.37 hr., 10.17 hr., 14.30 hr., respectively. Incubation period since fertilized to hatch out about 14-15 hrs. at temperature ranging from 26-29 deg C. Total length of newly hatched larvae were 2.40 mm This experiment indicated that Clawn fish can be artificial propagated by hormonal injection to induce ovulation of matured female before insemination.
