A pre-sowing electromagnetic treatment of cabbage seeds variety Balkan was carried out in a field of AC corona discharge field. The full planned experiment 22 type was performed in four variants of treatment with selected values of controllable factors: voltage U=20 and 10 kV, duration of treatment ѓС=10 y 30 s and length of stay of sowing seeds to S=33, 26, 12 and 5 days. The electromagnetic treatment of the cabbage seeds has a variable impact on the germination rate. A positive effect of increasing laboratory germination of 5-12% has been reported in treatments with voltage U=20 kV, duration of treatment ѓС=30 and length of stay S=26, 12 and 5 days and voltage U=10 kV, duration of treatment ѓС=10 and length of stay S=12 days. The registered field germination is increased by up to 16-20% following the treatments of the cabbage seeds with voltage U=10 kV, duration of treatment ѓС=30 and U=20 kV, duration of treatment ѓС=10 and length of stay of sowing seeds to S=33 and T=5 days.
