In previous studies low temperature drying processes have been modelled by means of Sabah kinetic function. The obtained results are good, but its validity for drying processes remains indefinite. The present work studies the modelling of a drying experiment, carried out in 1998, in the University of Nanjing, China, which considerably differs from the modelling in the previous studies. The obtained results prove the modelling with the Sabah kinetic function is possible.
