Effect of Inoculation with AM-fungi and N-fixing Microorganisms on Plant Biomass of Forage Grases

The paper is aimed at establishing the effect of inoculation with mycorrhizal Mycosym TRI-TON biofertilizer applied single or in combination with N-fixing bacteria from the genera Rhizobium and Azospirillum on the quality and quantity of plant biomass of some forage in a pot experiment. The highest effect on biomass is obtained for the combined treatment of the plants. This is connected with the higer level of acid phosphatase activity in the rhizospheric zone. The best synergetic interactions between microsymbionts are established for the combinations AM-fungi + Rh. melliloti 116 for lucerne, AM-fungi + Rh. trifoli 294 for red clover and AM-fungi + Az. Brasilense 107 for grasses.
