The article presents results of estimation of criteria of identification of protein spectrum components with the use of existing approaches. We have shown peculiarities, advantages and limits of the practical use of a number approaches. On the basis of long practical work with the use of the method of electrophoretic analysis of protein, we have formed modified algorithms of protein spectrum identification. We present basic positions for the protein spectrum identification within the framework of procedures of variety purity estimation. The analysed approaches can be used in system of identification of protein components of a range in the conditions of a SDS electrophoresis. Creation of the correct calibration schedule was possible only with the use of standard proteins and in the condition of full reproducibility of a technique of definition. Construction of a correct calibration graphic is probable only on the basis of use of standard proteins.
