DNA-labeling appears one of the most important methods of genetic and selection researches, including identification and differentiation of genotypes of parental forms and hybrid offsprings. Microsatellite labeling represents effective technology for the analysis of interrelations and genetic diversity of plants. SSR-markers appear more effective for DNA-polymorphism analysis than RFLP-markers. The main goal of the research is evaluation of molecular and genetic polymorphism of inbred and hybrid genotypes of sunflower (Helianthus annuus) of Belarusian selection upon analysis of microsatellite sequences of nuclear DNA and creation of complex algorithm for its utilization in formation of normative documents. Microsatellite analysis of 10 loci is carried out for 24 sunflower samples bred in Belarus. Polymorphism level for all loci is calculated. Eight SSR-markers: ORS 366, Ha 1209, ORS 78, ORS 815, ORS 432, ORS 546, ORS 349, ORS 836 demonstrate high level of polymorphism. This set of SSR-markers can be used for genotype identification.
