Introduction of alien species represents one of the most measureable and the less controlled influences on ecosystem. Alien species represent ecological danger for native species of any ecosystem, declining biodiversity and genetic variety of indigenous species. The article presents the analysis of the specific part of alien species of water invertebrates in the structure of macrozoobenthos. Structure of macrozoobenthos community and specific role of alien species in total macrozoobenthos has been studied on the different sites of Dnieper, Pripyat, Sozh and Pina rivers. Specific role of alien species in the structure of macrozoobenthos community in 2011 increases both abundance and richness of alien species if compares to 2008. It leads to increase of biocontamination index and the main contribution to biocontamination introduces alien amphipods.
