In course of the research there were studied morphological and cultural features of a fungus Clasterosporium carpophilum, isolated from plum (Prunus L.) leaves and buds cultivars Cube, Ballade, Goliaf, Rencold early, Edinburgskaya, Kadry, Renclode early, Funtovka. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus in 2010-2012. As a result of realized research it was revealed that a fungus Cl. carpophilum could develop on the following nutritive agar media: rice (Oryza sativa), oat (Avena sativa), potato (Solanum tuberosum), potato-glucose, Czapek. An optimum medium for the given fungus cultivation could be potato-glucose agar on which the colonies diameter reached 24.5 mm, titer – 8.5 x 10 in 3 degree spores/cube сm. It was determined that by colonies morphology the fungus Cl. carpophilum population was heterogenic, 4 morphological types were isolated: with felt, velvety, felt with the concentric circles and woolly colonies structure, 47% secreted isolates were characterized by felt with the concentric cicles colonies structure.
